The SH-CAC-2 chromatograph column is a sugar analysis column . The matrix consists of cross-linked 55% polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymer microspheres, with high-performance quaternary ammonium latex particles attached to the surface. It has a pH tolerance range of 0 to 14. When paired with a pulse amperometric detector, the SH-CAC-2 column can be used for the separation of monosaccharides and disaccharides.
